ich schreib grad ein Review ...
Muss ich sehen - kriege vom zuschauen schon weiche Knie...
No hard feelings necessary. That grizzled old French guide certainly doesn’t have any—he’s planning to have a coffee, pull his one-piece out of his ass crack and get on with his day, preferably shredding the gnar with a cigarette dangling out of his mouth and hair in the wind, and then make out with a Russian princess later on.

Working for the Weekend
Longtime Meathead Films veteran, Ben Leoni, is now living in Portland, Maine, holding down a career and the daily office grind. In between piles of paperwork, he dreams of his weekends in the mountains. Last season he made those dreams a reality.
Ben spent the winter of 2013 skiing the Northeast without the aid of chairlifts. Showcasing legendary backcountry zones as well as hidden gems around New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine, "Working For The Weekend" is a groundbreaking new web series and the first of its kind in the region. From deep powder to treacherous ice, Ben and his crew of friends embody the "earn your turns" mantra for the East Coast.
The 5 webisodes will be released starting this December on the Ski The East website here:

Compass is a three part series that captures the full spectrum experience of ski trips to three beautiful countries: Russia, Italy, and Japan. The contrasting culture, mountain shape, terrain, snow quality, food, language, music, pace of life and architecture all play into what it feels like to ski and travel abroad. For Nimbus, the series is a further departure from a mass appeal approach to ski movie making.
Release dates:
DECEMBER 2: Compass:Russia
JANUARY 6: Compass:Italia
FEBRUARY 3: Compass:Nippon
Nimbus Independent was started in 2007 by Eric Pollard in collaboration with Chris Benchetler, Pep Fujas and Andy Mahre. The four like minded skiers began Nimbus to bring a different perspective to skiing.

Nice. Nimbus enttäuscht einfach nie.
"In the winter of 2012/2013, Teton Gravity Research unveiled The Co-Lab, an open-source film competition. With a $100,000 cash prize on the line — the largest in freeskiing history — the contest attracted both established professionals and unknown athletes from across the globe. Abandoning the conventions of traditional filmmaking, The Co-Lab handed the reins over to the people. With the platform and freedom to express its creativity, a new generation of athletes and filmmakers stepped into the spotlight. You chose your favorites. This is their film..."

“Just being able to ski every day is a dream come true, no matter if you’re at the top of the food chain or at the bottom. As long as you’re doing what you love.” - AD
"I think I got it figured out. You just hop on the rail and don't fall off." -TWall
