Hi caldy and welcome to the forum.

Skis are always a tricky issue, especially, if there's no additional infos on the rider's preferences. The sole physical data don't help to let you choose between one or the other ski, as they're all fulfilling the minimal requirements. So tell us a little more about how you ski, how your typical ski day/tour looks like, what your focus is on (up- downhill performance, easily turnable, stable at speed etc..)

regarding the bindings: again a question of preferences. the choice of the two says: the up is at least equally important than the down. Then, they're not bad. The Marker raised some questions on durability for not too lightweight riders, while the fritschi has the known disadvantages in stack height and (slightly) softer force transmission. You'll have to decide, what's better for you. If your boot setup allows it (and the up is really quite important for you), a dynafit-compartible tech binding concept might also be nice.
